By quietly supporting providers with intelligent tools, Kenzie frees clinicians to focus on what matters most, the relationship in front of them.
Our Story
Since 2017, our team at iTrust Wellness has helped thousands of patients across upstate South Carolina get the mental health care they deserve.

But over the years, we felt a growing disconnection in the room. There was too much time spent on documentation, not enough on the people in front of us.
​
And yet, every day, Kenzie, our cheerful office dog, reminded us what connection could feel like. Her joy lit up our patients’ faces and brought us back to why we do this work.

That’s why we built Kenzie: not just as a tool, but as a symbol of the kind of care we believe in: personal, present, and full of purpose.
Our Social Commitment
At Kenzie.AI, our mission is rooted in compassion for providers, for patients, and for the relationships that sustain us. That’s why we donate a portion of all revenue to animal shelters across the country.
We believe the emotional bonds between people and animals mirror the kind of care we aim to support in mental health: trusting, healing, and full of joy. This initiative honors our namesake, Kenzie, and brings our values to life, one tail wag at a time.
